Opening Ceremony: Saturday, November 19, 11 a.m.
Laurel Park Place, Livonia
For many local shoppers, the Angela Hospice Tree of Life is a familiar sight – and a favorite holiday tradition.
Angela Hospice offers individuals the chance to honor and remember their loved ones by placing an angel ornament bearing their names on the Tree of Life display.
The Tree of Life at Laurel Park Place will open Saturday, November 19, at 11 a.m., near Carson’s. The ceremony will feature a performance by the Angela Hospice Choir. There will be a second display in the mall located near the food court.
Visitors are invited to make a donation to the Tree of Life in support of Angela Hospice, but a donation is not required. Proceeds will benefit the organization’s non-profit programs for terminally ill patients and their families.
The Tree of Life will remain open during mall hours through Christmas Eve. If you’re unable to visit in person, but would like to place an angel on the tree, use the button below or call Angela Hospice at (734) 464-7810.
